What you see
Right under the navigation sit the phone numbers for the two clinics, Fitzroy and Malvern Rd, each labelled with its name. The first screen is just two squares: "In-Studio Physiotherapy Practice" in white and "Virtual Physiotherapy Practice" in black.
Below that come two separate buttons, "Book a class" and "Book a physiotherapy appointment", followed by a short history (opened in Melbourne in 2016, with every class and treatment led by a physiotherapist), the studio's philosophy and four services. The footer links to private health rebates (HICAPS), the cancellation policy and an FAQ. First-time visitors see a sign-up form for a complimentary group class.
What to take from it
With more than one clinic, naming each one next to its number saves people from guessing which to call.
A group class and a one-to-one treatment are different bookings, so they get different buttons. Answering the questions people ask before they come — insurance, cancellations, what to bring — in the footer and FAQ removes another reason to hesitate.
