What you see
A dark bar at the top promises complimentary shipping and samples with all orders. The header is a grid of thin lines holding Shop, About, the logo, account, cart and search.
Almost the whole home page is ten category tiles — Moisturise, Wash, Haircare, Hands, Face, Home, Refills & Bundles, Heat Pillows, Scrub & Bathe, Sets & Travel — alternating with photo tiles, each with “Shop now”. Below are the brand story and gift cards. The footer offers $10 off a first order over $75 for signing up, and separate email addresses for general and stockist enquiries; Corporate Gifting sits under About.
What to take from it
When people arrive knowing what kind of product they want, a home page of category entry points gets them to it faster than a hero banner.
Answering the shipping question in the top bar removes a reason to hesitate. A refills category, gift cards, corporate gifting and a stockist contact let one site take orders from repeat buyers, gift givers, companies and shops alike.
