Terms
Contract and payment
- Minimum term
- Monthly plans run for at least 3 months (12 for the ZZP monthly plan), then renew month by month. Cancel with one month’s notice.
- Payment
- Builds: 50% when we start, 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of the month. Invoices are due 14 days after the invoice date.
- VAT (BTW)
- Businesses and individuals in the Netherlands pay 21% BTW on top. A business in another EU country with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge. For businesses outside the EU, we will confirm how VAT applies case by case.

- Where you land in a range depends on pages, features, whether the material is ready, the number of languages and the scope of work. The exact amount comes in a written quote.

Pricing questions
What decides where in a price range I land?
The number of pages, the features (a blog, several languages and so on), whether copy, photos and a logo are ready, how many languages the site needs, and the scope of work, meaning build only or build plus running it. We talk it through in the free consultation, then confirm the exact amount in a written quote.
Do the prices include domain, hosting and paid plugins?
No. Those are paid at cost, and normally registered in your own name (we can do it for you if that is awkward). We tell you what is needed, and from whom, when we send the quote.
We are a Japanese company. Can we hire you, and does BTW apply?
Yes. We work in English and Japanese, fully online, and invoice in euros. How BTW applies depends on where your business is and what kind it is, so we will confirm that with you individually.
Can I change plan or cancel along the way?
Yes. After the minimum term (3 months, or 12 for the ZZP monthly plan) you can change or cancel with one month’s notice.
How do you manage the quality of AI-written articles, and the effect on search?
One agent writes and a separate agent reviews. The reviewer checks rules, amounts and dates against official primary sources, and only articles that pass are published. AI can still be wrong, so a person (the site’s operator) carries final responsibility. We do not mass-produce articles to game search engines.
