how close we work.

Every service comes at the level of involvement you pick. What we commit to is what you receive each month, not hours on a timesheet.

LEVEL 01

Hand it over

No meetings. You receive the operation AI runs, plus a monthly report. Built for sole traders (ZZP) and for companies whose site has not been touched in years.

LEVEL 02

Work on it together

One online meeting a month, in English or Japanese, where we look at the numbers and decide the next move together. New pages and improvements on top of the AI operation.

LEVEL 03

Sit at the table

We join the decisions on web direction and budget, and take over dealing with agencies and ad vendors. Effectively an in-house web department, without the headcount.

Pricing follows the level and the scope, and we put a figure to it during the free consultation. We invoice in euros: 21% BTW for clients in the Netherlands, and VAT reverse-charged for businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number.

Not Included

What we don't do
is part of the service.

A fixed scope is what lets AI run things fast without drifting. AI is used only inside our quality rules — we do not mass-produce articles written to game a search engine. These are the things we don't take on.
