What you see
The centre of the header holds just two words, "Shop" and "Spa", with About, Read, Account and Cart off to the right and a red band above announcing a new product and the shipping terms. The first screen is a product photograph with a short line and "Shop Now".
Further down: a scrolling strip of quoted praise, one product each for cleansing, moisturising and exfoliating with prices, four routine kits by skin concern, a "Take our skin quiz" button, and "Visit Monastery — Book now" for the spa. The spa page lists eight facials with durations and prices, seven brow and lash services with prices, the estheticians' backgrounds including the founder, a phone number and email, and the booking form.
What to take from it
When one business sells products and also provides a service, the people looking for each want different things. Putting both doors side by side in the header, at the same size, lets everyone choose in one step.
Kits by concern and a short quiz help people who do not know where to start. On the service side, showing every treatment with its duration and price, and who will do it, answers the questions that otherwise arrive by phone.
