Notes
What you see
On desktop the first screen is split in two. The left half, in mint green, asks "What’s on your mind? Find your psychologist" above 33 topic buttons: anxiety, ADHD, burnout, couples therapy, sleep, trauma, workplace and more. Each button leads to the team page for that topic. The right half carries a yellow panel with the clinic's message and an announcement about expanding to Sydney.
The left panel stays in place while the right side scrolls through library articles with author, date and tags, then services for individuals and for organisations, a newsletter form, and a footer with the Collingwood address, phone, email and opening hours for each day of the week. On mobile, eight topics are shown with a "More" button.
What to take from it
People looking for help describe their situation, not a treatment. Using their words as the way in ("Anxiety", "Burnout", "Under 18") makes it easier to take the first step, and linking each word straight to the right practitioners removes a search.
The weak point is booking: "Book Online" is a plain text link that looks like every other menu item. If bookings matter most, give that link a colour of its own.
