What this site does
A Copenhagen office-furniture subscription that states its offer in one line, makes a free 3D office design the first step, and shows price per square metre, a calculator and its notice period.

What you see
Over an office video, the first screen says "Don't buy your office furniture, subscribe to it." with two buttons: "Get a free office design" and "Explore the service". "Book a meeting" stays in the header. Client logos, four reasons to subscribe, the service, client offices, the price — "cheaper than a cup of coffee per employee a day", from €3 per m² a month — three figures and seven FAQs follow.
The pricing page adds a €18/m² start-up fee and a calculator that turns headcount and floor area into a monthly price. The get-started page sets out four steps — contact, a call, a 3D design in 48 hours, approval — before the form, which accepts a floor plan. The FAQ says there is no long-term contract and the notice period is six months.
What to take from it
A new way of buying needs one sentence that says what it replaces. NORNORM names buying, renting and leasing in its first lines.
Making the first step a free design rather than a contract lowers the barrier to getting in touch. Publishing a unit price, a calculator and the notice period up front means the people who do get in touch already know roughly what it will cost.
