What this site does
A sixteen-room hotel among the vineyards of South Tyrol that keeps a dated booking box on screen and lists size, occupancy and price for every room.

Notes
What you see
The first screen is full-bleed photography of the rooms, lounge and terrace, with nothing but the logo on top. Once you scroll, a box in the bottom-left corner stays put: arrival date, departure date, and two buttons, Enquire and Book.
The page states a "Best price guarantee for direct bookings". Each room type is shown with its size, how many people it sleeps and a per-person price including breakfast (from €115), and each card has its own Enquire and Book buttons. Further down there is an invitation to "make a non-binding enquiry", and the footer gives the phone hours: every day, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
What to take from it
A small property gets most of its guests through booking platforms; the official site is where they check before deciding. Saying plainly that booking direct is cheapest gives them a reason to stay and book there.
Keeping a dated booking box on screen means nobody has to hunt for the booking page. Putting the price and both buttons on each room serves the guest who is ready to book and the one who just wants to ask.
