What this site does
A private polyclinic in Prague that puts “Get services” and the client zone side by side in the header, and answers where, for whom and why before you scroll far.

Notes
What you see
The first screen is a video of a doctor talking with patients, with no text on it. Three cards overlap its lower edge: Health Care, 4 branches in Prague, and Our Programs. The header carries two buttons — a white “Get services” and a blue “Client zone” — and “Get services” stays at the top on mobile too.
Below come three programmes (adults, children, companies) with photos alternating left and right, then “Why Choose Health+?”: a personal doctor, 96% of specialist care on site, a call centre open 24/7, lounges instead of waiting rooms, and electronic records with an app. Client reviews are shown with initials and dates, followed by blog posts and the organisations Health+ belongs to.
What to take from it
New patients and existing ones come to a clinic website for different reasons. Separating “sign up” from “log in” in the header sends each of them the right way from the first screen.
Putting the number of branches directly under the first screen answers the question people ask first — is there one I can get to — before they read anything else.
