Editor's note

What this site does

A Paris men's jewellery label that lines up free returns, free shipping, a warranty and instalments in one band, and keeps a way into its Marais boutique inside the shop.

Notes

What you see

The first screen is two photographs from the new "Jours ouvrés" collection with the collection name set large in yellow. Below it come four entry points — bracelets, necklaces, rings and pendants — then two panels for the boutique and the brand story.

A single band then lists four reassurances: free returns within 30 days, free shipping over €150, a two-year warranty and payment in three instalments with Alma. The boutique page gives the address on rue des Francs Bourgeois, opening hours for each day and a directions button, and says the shop is a place to try pieces on and put them together.

What to take from it

Jewellery is not a casual purchase, so the questions about returns, delivery and what happens if something breaks come early. Answering them on the home page, in a few words each, saves people from hunting through policy pages.

Keeping the first choice to four product types, and giving the shop its own panel next to the brand story, makes the online store a way into the boutique rather than a replacement for it.
