Notes
What you see
The first screen is a photograph of feet on a grey background with the line "Put your feet in good hands". The home page is three short passages, one of them headed "Many of our clients admit feeling bashful about their feet".
What We Do lists the conditions treated. The FAQ explains that a first consultation takes about 60 minutes and what to bring, that a referral is generally not needed, how private health rebates work and how to pay. "Book online" on the Contact page leads to a booking page with four appointment types and prices, from a 60-minute initial appointment at $168.
What to take from it
People put off a clinic visit for reasons they rarely say out loud. Naming the embarrassment on the home page tells them it is normal.
An FAQ that covers time, preparation, referrals, insurance and payment removes most of the questions people would otherwise phone about. The one gap is that the booking link appears only on the Contact page; putting it on the home page and in the menu would make the well-built booking flow easier to reach.
