Notes
What you see
The first screen is a video of a Porsche outside the workshop, with "Exceptional is our standard" and a line about three decades of restoring cars. The header reads "Since 1989".
The next screen explains, in large type, that ESR is an official Porsche Certified Collision Centre — one of only a few in Australia — with dedicated tooling and factory-trained technicians. Then come twelve marques set in large type, from Porsche to Maserati, and six numbered services: insurance repairs, claims management, private repairs, detailing and paint protection, vehicle transport and a courtesy car programme. The menu and footer carry the phone number, email, opening hours (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday) and the addresses of the HQ and the studio.
What to take from it
A certification means more when the site says what was certified and why, not just shows a badge.
A plain list of the brands you work on answers the first question an owner has. And listing the services around the repair — dealing with the insurer, collecting the car, lending a replacement — shows you take the hassle away, not just the dent.
