What you see
A video of an Edinburgh street with one line: "Edinburgh’s Property Specialists". Below it, the three divisions (lettings, finance, development) next to a photograph of the shopfront, then a team photograph.
Four featured flats carry an "AVAILABLE" or "NOW LET" tag, a room count and one line of description; the full list is a link to Rightmove. The header gives tenants a direct "Report A Repair" link and forms for applications, moving out, guarantors and notice to end. The footer lists opening hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm), association logos and registration numbers.
What to take from it
Existing customers often visit more than new ones. Putting their routine tasks — repairs, forms — in the header keeps those calls off the phone.
Leaving let properties on the page, clearly tagged, shows a business that is actually closing deals.
