What this site does

A Mexican underground mining contractor that puts six numbers, its safety policy, employee voices and job offers on the home page.

Notes

What you see

The first screen is a photograph of a truck in a tunnel with "Your trusted partner in underground mining", a note of over a million linear metres, and two cards leading to Services and Technology.

Then come six figures: 1M linear metres, 20M tonnes extracted, 5.1k indirect jobs, 1.7k direct jobs, 7 active projects and 36 delivered. After that, five services each explained in a sentence, the minerals it extracts, a safety policy section, a fleet of over 360 machines, an employee quote with five departments and a job-offers button, and fourteen client companies by name. The site switches between English and Spanish.

What to take from it

For a contractor, numbers say more than adjectives. Count what you can — metres, tonnes, projects, people — and put it near the top.

Giving safety its own section, and putting employee voices and job offers on the home page, speaks to the two audiences a company like this needs: clients who want a safe contractor and workers who want a good employer.
