What you see
The header lists the product categories and, next to them, an outlined button that reads "Vraag vrijblijvend offerte aan" — ask for a free, no-obligation quote. It stays at the top as you scroll. The first screen is a single full-width photograph with no copy, followed by two green buttons for men's and women's kit.
The category entry points are shirts, bib shorts and CUSTOM LAB, the custom team service. Further down come a configurator (208 colours, 16 templates, 7 patterns), the flagship store at Bruul 106 in Mechelen, and four promises with icons: free returns within 30 days, a one-off 50% discount after a crash, handmade production, and 50% off the same jersey in a smaller size. The footer gives an email address, a phone number, the street address and a "book a meeting" link.
What to take from it
If you sell both stock products and made-to-order work, the route to a quote should never be hidden inside the shop. Putting it in the header, and listing custom work as one category among the others, makes group orders feel ordinary rather than special.
The custom page answers the practical questions before anyone has to ask: a minimum of five pieces per item, around six weeks of production, paid samples, and an online ordering portal for groups of 25 or more. Short, concrete promises about returns and repairs do the same job for single buyers.
