What this site does
A Seattle home builder that introduces itself in one sentence and shows its projects one at a time, each labelled with its neighbourhood.

What you see
The first screen holds the company name in a pale colour, one sentence — "An experience driven, client centered build partner based in the Pacific Northwest." — and two links, "Explore" and "About". On desktop a narrow bar down the left edge carries the logo and "Menu".
Further down, projects appear one at a time with name, neighbourhood and year ("Arroyo Beach, West Seattle, 2024"; "Harvard, Capitol Hill"), interrupted by "Selected Press" and a section on the company's approach, "Conscientious Construction". The footer gives the principal's name, address, phone and email, and a "Get in Touch" button. The profile page adds the founder's background as a third-generation builder and a recommendation from an architect.
What to take from it
One sentence that names who you build for, where, and how is enough for a first screen. Everything else can wait for the scroll.
For a local builder, the neighbourhood name next to each project matters as much as the photo: it tells a reader that you work nearby. Press coverage and an architect's endorsement placed among the projects add credibility the photos cannot. The phone number and email are plain text, though; making them tappable links would help mobile visitors.
