Editor's note
What this site does
A Danish restaurant open since 1854 that keeps “Book a table” on screen at all times and answers parking, capacity and dietary questions before anyone has to phone.

Notes
What you see
The first line is simply "Since 1854", followed by what the house is for: weddings, birthdays, events, festive gatherings and meetings. Two buttons sit underneath — Book a table and View packages.
The header keeps a language switch (da / en) and the booking button fixed on screen. Further down: three ways to use the place (an evening meal, meetings, group events), the history of the house, and an FAQ of thirteen questions — parking, how many guests fit, staying overnight, special diets, weddings in the garden, gift cards, getting there. Opening hours sit in the footer.
What to take from it
A founding year does more in four words than a paragraph of history. And when booking is the point of the site, the booking button should never scroll out of reach.
The FAQ is the quietly effective part. Every question on it is one the staff would otherwise answer on the phone, and every answer removes a reason to hesitate before booking.
