What you see
The headline is "The free customer support platform for SaaS teams". Price is not a separate section; free is inside the headline itself.
Four ways in sit below it: Start for free, Book a demo, Install with AI, and Watch a 2 minute demo. Then comes "Trusted by hundreds of modern founders like you", where users appear by name and by the product they run — Jack Friks from Post Bridge, among others. The page runs to fifteen sections, alternating between features and testimonials.
What to take from it
Testimonials are attributed to a person and what that person actually does, not to an anonymous job title at an unnamed company. A reader can judge for themselves whether this is someone like them, which an anonymous quote never allows.
Making the two-minute demo video its own entry point is worth copying as well. It catches the people who are not ready to book a call or fill in a form.
