What this site does

A real estate developer that lays one word, "For_people", over footage of hands working through a set of drawings.

Notes

What you see

The first screen is a background video: hands unrolling a drawing and pointing at it, with "For_people" set over the top in large serif type and nothing else. The choice is footage of the work in progress rather than a finished building.

The header floats near the top as a rounded pill holding only the logo and a menu button. Scrolling adds depth through parallax, and the page lands on a large, dense footer.

What to take from it

Property and construction companies tend to line up photographs of completed buildings, but buyers and tenants also want to know who will run the project and how. Footage of the work answers that directly.

The large footer is practical as well. In a sector with many entry points — locations, asset types, careers, investor relations — the footer does the job of a second sitemap.
