What this site does
A Dutch venue that shows its restaurant, hotel, meeting rooms, school and workshop in one repeated pattern: photo, one line, one button.

Notes
What you see
The first screen is a photo of the building with the logo set on top of it — some letters flipped upside down, some boxed in colour blocks. The opening line calls the place the "Veranderhuis" (house of change) of the Netherlands: meeting rooms, restaurant, hotel, programming, a workshop for the new economy and a school.
The five businesses then follow one after another in the same pattern: a photo, a one-line tagline and a button. The button copy changes each time — "Kom het proeven" (come and taste it) for the restaurant, "Waar blijf jij dromen?" (where will you dream?) for the hotel, "Bekijk de ruimtes" (see the rooms) for the meeting spaces. An "Agenda" button for upcoming events stays fixed in the header.
What to take from it
When one site has to carry several businesses, giving each its own look makes the page harder to scan. Keeping one pattern and letting only the words change lets readers pick out the part that concerns them.
Button copy is the other lesson: "Read more" five times says nothing, while a line written for each business doubles as its introduction. One caveat — the cookie banner only offers "Allow all" and "Customise" up front; a visible "Reject" belongs on the first screen, especially in Europe.
